I.Global Footprint, Deeper Reach

In 2025, Jinshi Drilltech accelerated its international development. It established an overseas subsidiary in Indonesia, while setting up a branch in Beijing and a drilling services company within China. Jinshi also appointed agents in Chile, Philippines, Myanmar, and Pakistan, and entered into a strategic partnership with a South African client.

Its Mexico, Kazakhstan, Yunnan, and Jiangxi branches continued steady growth. Jinshi Drilltech connected with drilling professionals worldwide in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Throughout the year, Jinshi participated in 15 major international drilling industry exhibitions, including the PDAC Convention in Canada.

The General Manager of Jinshi Peru Branch was invited to speak at a symposium for Chinese-funded enterprises, jointly organized by Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Chinese Embassy in Peru.

II.Technology Innovation Driving Growth

The self-led research of Jinshi Drilltech on “Bionic Adaptive High-Efficiency Drilling Technology for Mineral Exploration in Complex Formations” was selected for the First Batch of the Advanced and Applicable Exploration Technologies Promotion List under China’s new round of strategic mineral exploration breakthrough initiative.

As a co-construction partner of the Intelligent Drilling Technology Innovation Center of the China Geological Survey, Jinshi participated in a landmark national project and achieved notable phased progress. Jinshi also served as a research participant in two national major science and technology projects on deep-Earth exploration, with related studies reaching notable phased progress. In addition, Jinshi contributed to the formulation and release of the industry standard Code of Practice for Wireline Core Drill Rod Operations, further enhancing the standardization and safety of drilling operations.

III. Advancing Industry–Education–Research Integration

Jinshi Drilltech partnered with Jilin University, the Fifth Geological institute of the Hebei Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources Exploration, and six other universities, research institutes, and enterprises to jointly establish the Tangshan Innovation Consortium, strengthening collaboration across industry, education, and research.

It also co-established an off-campus practical teaching base with Jilin University, fostering closer alignment between talent development and industrial needs.

IV.Drilling Services Gaining Global Recognition

Jinshi Drilltech deployed pilot and demonstration rigs across 11 regions in China to carry out deep-hole and complex-formation drilling demonstration projects, supporting the new round of strategic mineral exploration breakthroughs of China.

The after-sales engineering teams of Jinshi provided services in 11 countries worldwide, with an average response time of under 48 hours, delivering reliable technical support for global resource exploration.

V. Strength Across the Full Industry Chain

Jinshi Drilltech delivered integrated geological drilling solutions, supporting a geothermal drilling project in Taipei.

The YN-2500 fully hydraulic drilling rig achieved a final N-size depth of 1,601 meters in Mexico. In China’s deep exploration of the Luohe Iron Mine, the YN-1500DL reached an N-size depth of 1,801 meters, while the YN-2500 exceeded 1,916 meters, demonstrating outstanding performance in deep-hole and complex-formation drilling.

VI. Advancing Digital and Intelligent Transformation

Jinshi Drilltech completed major intelligent technology upgrades, achieving simultaneous improvements in production efficiency and capacity. The initiative received provincial-level support for “robotization” technical transformation as well as backing from Tangshan’s innovation scenario programs.

Super Factory No. 1 was certified as a high-level digital transformation enterprise, setting a regional benchmark for intelligent manufacturing. Construction of Super Factory No. 2 officially began, aiming to build a global hub for smart manufacturing of drilling equipment.

During the year, Jinshi was elected Chair Unit of the Tangshan Intelligent Manufacturing Association.

VII.Honors and Qualifications

Jinshi Drilltech successfully passed the re-evaluation as a National Manufacturing Champion Enterprise for Single Production and was recognized as a 2024 Outstanding Enterprise of Hebei Province.

Jinshi introduced the Performance Excellence Management Model, establishing a comprehensive system for quality improvement.

Members of Jinshi’s senior management were appointed as Industry Mentors for Research and Innovation at Sichuan University, further strengthening the its industry influence and integration with talent development strategies.

VIII.Strengthening Company Culture Through Organizational Leadership

The Jinshi Committee of the CPC patry was upgraded to a General Party Branch, reinforcing organizational leadership and further strengthening corporate culture, cohesion, and shared values across the company.
