After two years of hard work, Jinshi Company has completed the work processes of intermediary verification, asset restructuring, share reform audit and evaluation. On May 25, 2018, the company has officially changed its name to Jinshi Drilltech Co., Ltd.. At present, all the information has been applied to the stock transfer center, waiting for feedback and rectification. It is estimated that before the end of 2018, it can be approved and officially listed on the "new third board.
2. actively participated in the deep continental scientific drilling project "Songke No.2 Well" in Songliao Basin"
The "Songke No.2 Well" is organized and constructed by the Institute of Exploration Technology of the China Geological Survey. The drilling was started in April 2014 and ended in May 2018 with a final hole depth of 7018m and a final hole diameter of Φ 152mm. The core drilling tools (KT140) and drill bits (Φ 311, Φ 216, Φ 152) used in the scientific drilling were processed and manufactured by Tangshan Jinshi, the successful application of the drilling tool has created world records for the longest continuous coring of Φ 311 large caliber and the longest single coring of three different calibers, as well as a new record for drilling at the highest temperature (241 ℃) in China.

3. Jinshi HQ3 rope coring diamond bit life up to 1750.50 meters
In August 2018, Mongolian Kalinkakoqin Co., Ltd. (Kalikhakkin.LLC) purchased a batch of rope-coring diamond drill bits and reamers from our company. During the drilling construction of Baganor Coal Mine in central Mongolia, the drilling life of a single drill bit (No. V082343 BIT-HQ3-C12-K7) totaled 1750.50 meters, and 4 completed boreholes with depths of 320 meters, 530 meters, 480.50 meters and 420 meters respectively, the footage meters once again set a record for the life of a single diamond drill bit in the industry, and customers also gave a high evaluation of Jinshi products.
On October 19, 2018, when the Tianjin International Mining Exhibition was held, the company's exhibitors not only visited the exhibits at the Jinshi booth, but also paid a special visit to Jinshi Company to conduct in-depth communication and exchanges on related technical issues.

In March 2017, Canada's Forage Orbit Gavant Company purchased a batch of BQ(18#) four-ring diamond reamers from our company. During the drilling construction in Aberle Tibe, Quebec (Quebec), the service life of a single reamer (SHELL-BQ/4M-D-T031362) reached 2300 meters, which won the praise of international customers and made "Made in China" show its elegant demeanour in the fierce competition in the high-end international market.

5. Jinshi CHD98 Drill Pipe Drilling Depth Capacity Breaks 3266 m
The gold mine survey project in Wuyi Village, Laizhou City, Shandong Province, was contracted by the Third Geological Brigade of Shandong Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau. The construction period is 2016.4-2017.8, the final hole diameter is φ98mm, and the final hole depth is 3266.06m. The smooth final hole of the drilling not only makes the drilling capacity of Jinshi CHD98 drill pipe famous, but also makes Laizhou-Zhaoyuan gold mine integrated exploration area the third largest gold mining area in the world.

According to statistics, Jinshi's operating income in the first ten months of the year increased by 12% compared with the same period in 2017, exceeding the company's target set at the beginning of the year.
